London calling and Schwarzkopf…

LCS has been doing films for Schwarzkopf, PayPal, Volkswagen and Veltins Beer. He also continued writing and art directing director’s interpretations for various international commercial directors and production companies.

In April and May LCS enjoyed producing two more image films for the Schwarzkopf Professional subrange BC Bonacure. While the film ‚Smooth Shine‘ was put together from existing material, the film ‚Curl Bounce‘ was shot at Mount Ray Studios in Hamburg with the Red One camera for nice 120 fps bouncing hair shots.

On the 1st of May LCS was pleased to work for the first time with Tribal DDB in Hamburg on a small film for PayPal.

He was off to Pinewood Studios in London after that, for the Making of the new Volkswagen Polo commercial, directed by Paul Shearer, alias Mr. Sunderland from Great Guns. The agency in charge was DDB Berlin, producing through Soup Film. The Making of will be shown simultaneously on most big national TV channels during primetime on July 3rd.

In between projects LCS took part in a pitch with CLXEurope, for whom he produced and organized the taping of a fashion show for the online-shop of a large German mail-order company.

Currently, LCS is working on a moodfilm with Grabarz and Partner and their new client Veltins Beer. 539090 produced the three commercials, that were shot in four nights at the beginning of June and LCS joined the team as the Making of. Jörn Haagen, known for his iconographic 2003 Levi’s ‚City Stampede‘ spot, directed.

LCS also continued his work as a creative consultant, art director and writer to commercial directors and production companies during the pitching phase, writing for Soup Film, Telemaz, BM8, Markenfilm Berlin, Big Fish Filmproduktion and E+P Commercials.
